Sabotaging my own sleep with bad habits
Admittedly, midnight snacks, wine drinking, electronic use, and cannabis are some things I do in the evenings. Can you relate? Why do we sabotage our own sleep with these self-sabotaging bad habits? Well, I know I’m working on it by scheduling in some me time with new self-care routines, and topping off my evening with a relaxing podcast and sleep meditation.
